How to book/change an appointment

You may book or change an appointment by following these steps:

  • Login to your Able app

  • Click on the coach button in the bottom left corner

  • Once you are on the coach page you will see a blue "Book a call" icon in the top right corner

  • The screen that pops up will allow you to schedule a call at a time best suited for you, within the available time slots

Once a call has been scheduled, you should see your current scheduled call in the top right-hand corner.

Clicking on it will enable you to either cancel the existing call or reschedule for another time if needed.
