How can I cancel my subscription if I paid with a Credit Card or PayPal?
We provide multiple options to cancel the subscription that you created using your Credit Card or Paypal:
1. Please visit one of our subscription portals:
2. Simply let your virtual coach know in the in-app chat
3. Send us a note to customer support
If you can't log in to the subscription portal or experience challenging to identify from which region you've purchased the subscription:
1) Please check your email inbox for Able's "Welcome email", which includes a link to your subscription portal and how to cancel.
2) Please try to log in to both subscription portals stated above.
