To Sync the app to Apple Health:

  1. Go to your Profile at the top right corner of the app home screen.

  2. Click on your name (profile details).

  3. Scroll down to Activity Tracker: The Health App.

  4. Click on The Health App and enable the switcher.

If this didn't help, could you please check if you have the health sync option allowed on your device?

Here's how to check:

  1. Go to your phone settings.

  2. Scroll to Health (the native Apple Health app).

  3. Choose the "Data access and devices."

  4. Find the Able app.

  5. Press “Turn all of the categories on.”

We'd like to mention that we only sync your active calories, meaning that we only track calories above a certain cardio rhythm indicating fat-burning activities such as fast walk/jogging/exercising.
