1. Please visit one of our subscription portals:

2. Simply let your virtual coach know in the in-app chat.

3. Submit your request on our website here.


If you can't log in to the subscription portal or experience challenging to identify from which region you've purchased the subscription:

1) Please check your email inbox for Able's "Welcome email", which includes a link to your subscription portal and how to cancel.
2) Try to log in to both subscription portals stated above.
