Able's licensed medical providers, clinicians, and nurse practitioners have decades of clinical experience. They are experts at prescribing approved medications and work with members to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment. Able also has weight care specialists, and experienced industry leaders, who craft a tailored program for each person.

What medication does Able offer?

Able offers a variety of weight loss medication solutions that can be prescribed. Before writing a prescription, prescribers check your health, review your medical history, and consider your personal objectives. Your prescriber will discuss medication options during your consult and can offer you options based on your personal plan. We offer medications in various forms - oral, injectable, and topical. We do not showcase any specific medication as we only prescribe the best solution for you.

What happens if I stop taking the medication?

Although medication can aid in weight loss, it should only be used as part of the long-term solution.
We combine health coaching and medication to help you change your habits permanently and continue losing weight even after you stop taking the medication. Your health coach will help you forge long-term lifestyle changes that can help you keep the weight off and guide you toward better overall health.

What are the side effects of the medication offered?

At Able, we prioritize your safety and well-being. Rest assured, we only supply safe and thoroughly tested medications. While some mild side effects may occur, they typically fade away within a week. During your consultation and before prescription, all potential side effects of the medication options will be comprehensively discussed with you. We will ensure that you are fully informed about the considerations associated with each medication option.

If you have any concerns or questions at any point during your treatment, you can easily reach out to your prescriber through the prescriber chat within our app. Your prescriber will be available to address any concerns and provide additional guidance. Your health and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

How soon can I expect my medication to arrive?

After your consultation, your prescriber will review and confirm your prescription through the prescriber chat. Once you have confirmed your order, we will promptly send your prescription to our trusted partner pharmacy. They will quickly fulfill your order and utilize expedited shipping methods. You can expect to receive your medication within approximately 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of your order with a tracking number and delivery details. We strive to ensure a timely and efficient process for getting your medication to you, so you can start your treatment as soon as possible.

Are the subscription medications refundable?

No, subscription medications are non-refundable as these are customized to your specific needs and cannot be resold.

Can I modify my subscription or dosage?

Yes, you can modify your subscription or dosage, but there are some things to note. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time as long as your medication has not been dispatched, so please ensure you cancel before your next month's order is sent out.

Please note that you cannot change your dosage without consulting your prescriber. If you would like to modify your dosage or have any questions, you can book another consultation with your prescriber through the Able app or ask questions in the prescriber chat within the app. The dosage prescribed has been calculated according to several factors so we do not recommend adjusting the dosage without consulting your prescriber.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in canceling your subscription. Please note that any cancellation requests made after the medication has been shipped will not be eligible for a refund.

What Pharmacy does Able use?

In the USA we partner with TMC Acquisition LLC dba Tailor Made Compounding (200 Moore Dr. Nicholasville, KY 40356). Shipping is included as part of your subscription and will be sent to you directly by our partner pharmacy.

Which states in the USA does Able currently offer services in?

We offer Health Coaching worldwide, but we can currently only provide medication options in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We continue to add more states and will keep this list updated with all new available states for medication.
