Log into the Able app and click on the Today tab.
There are 2 methods to receive your prescription from the Able app.
Option 1: Call-free prescription
To continue without a clinician call, please choose your preferred medication.

Step 1: Tap on the Choose Your Medication Plan tab and choose your medication.

Step 2: Under the Confirm Your Identity banner, tap ‘Proceed to ID Verification’ and please follow the instructions.

Step 3: One of our clinicians will review your eligibility and if eligible, your medication plan will be processed.

Step 4: Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Step 5: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Step 6: Please allow 7-10 business for delivery.
Option 2: Call with a Clinician
If you’d like to learn about your eligible medication options, please schedule a call with your clinician.

Step 1: In the top right corner, tap on “Book A Call” in the Clinician Chat tab.

Step 2: Choose a date and time from the Clinician’s calendar.

Step 3: Tap Confirm, to confirm your call.

Step 4: You’ll see the Booking Info screen, where you can now add the call to your calendar. If your schedule changes, you have the option to Reschedule or Cancel or you can close this screen by tapping X.

Step 5: During the call, you can discuss your goals and they will review your medication plan options.

Step 6: Once you decide your medication plan, your Clinician will process the payment.

Step 7: Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Step 8: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Step 9: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
